About

For me, the most satisfying aspect of this work is witnessing people develop a more solid sense of self. Over time, many people begin to feel more at ease in their skin. They establish greater trust, appreciation, and love for themselves. This work often supports greater confidence, and the ability to cultivate more satisfying relationships. I feel grateful for my role in tending to another’s growth.

I hold a BA from Mills College, where I studied media arts and music, and an MA from CIIS in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis in Somatics. I have completed post-graduate training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, The Developmental Model through The Couples Institute, and Hypnotherapy.
